One of the challenges most traders face is a lack of focus. It is important to focus on one stock per time, one trade at a time, one time period of the day, and one strategy per day. If you are focused you won't make as many mistakes. If you are focused you can also see the nuances in the stock price as it is moving. If you are focused you will have less stress. If you are focused you will have larger gains and less losses. 

In order to earn a living trading you must be proficient in one strategy. 

There are certain times of the day that you can get very precise moves. Trade and focus on those times, and have the rest of the day to yourself! 

I am an expert in reading gaps. I analyze gaps in the pre-market before the open. My 26 Point rating system predicts the move a stock will make before the open on the live day. You can use this system for options or for day trades. 

The genius of my system is that I am predicting institutional buying or selling in the gap. If you buy where institutions are buying you can get paid easily. If you short where institutions are selling or shorting you can get paid.
